⭐ 1 Star — Very Disappointing Experience I purchased a Groupon coupon specifically for an oil change and went to this shop expecting them to honor the service and price they advertised. Once I arrived, however, I was told that the Groupon coupon would not apply as expected. Then the explanations started: “this isn’t included,” “that isn’t included,” and additional charges kept being added. In the end, the price they wanted was around FIVE TIMES the price I expected based on the advertised deal. If certain services, fees, or vehicle requirements are not included, that should be made very clear before customers purchase the Groupon and drive to the shop — not explained after they arrive. I went there because of the Groupon offer. Instead of receiving the straightforward oil change deal I expected, I felt like the advertised price was simply being used to get customers through the door and then charge significantly more. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this place. If you are considering buying their Groupon, I strongly suggest calling first and asking them to confirm in writing exactly what is included and what your FINAL price will be before purchasing th

Lack of transparency, charge extra fees without customer knowledge. My invoice showed fees that i was not aware of. I confronted the manger about it, he just gave me a bunch of excuses. I called at 230pm to see if my car was ready, that's when I was told the car was ready at 12pm but I was not informed. The car was so dirty inside and out, I had to go get it washed afterwards. It was also scratched. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this was one of the most stressful and disorganized experiences I have ever had with an auto repair shop. I had my vehicle towed to this shop for diagnosis and repair. From the beginning, communication was chaotic. I was given multiple phone numbers, spoke with several different people, received conflicting information, and often had to repeatedly call just to get basic updates about my own vehicle. I was told to come to the shop on a specific day and time, only to arrive and find it closed. After driving out there and wasting both time and gas, I was later told there had been a misunderstanding. No one proactively contacted me to explain the situation. The lack of communication continued throughout the process. Calls frequently went unanswered, promised callbacks never happened, and I constantly felt like I was the one chasing information. Updates seemed to come only after I repeatedly followed up myself. Pricing was another major issue. I repeatedly asked for a clear final amount before approving work. Instead, additional charges appeared on invoices that had not been clearly discussed beforehand, and getting a straightforward ans

My overall experience was good.. my car was there a little longer than I expected..but they were being thorough..I believe the place needs to be larger for the amount of work the have.. I recommended them to a friend just yesterday..and I will definitely be returning there for future work.. Good people .. Good service.. just need a larger place! 🙏🦾🙌

I had two not-so-great cars and I went to Crown for any issues I was having. They were great at explaining the issues and how each charge went to which service. I never felt like I was being charged for something unnecessary. I have a new car now but if any issues come up I will definitely be returning!
